Jan 24, 2002 more than 25 federal agents from the FBI and Secret Service Joint-terror Task Force armed with sub-machine guns, shot guns, and bullet-proof vests surrounded the webmaster of this website, Sherman Austin in his home. He was 18 years old. Federal agents raided the house under the new USA Patriot Act which had passed 3 months ago. The FBI came armed and ready to kill.

All computer equipment and political literature was seized, the FBI attempted to interrogate Sherman for hours, he was told he had "crossed over a line"

Sherman was eventually sentenced to a year in federal prison on August 4, 2003 after he was setup by the FBI for authoring a completely different web site he did not create which contained explosives information. The FBI (headed by Special Agent John I. Pi) in cahoots with John Ashcroft, Senator Dianne Feinstein, the Secret Service and federal prosecuters fabricated false statements in court documents which were submitted to federal judge Steven V. Wilson who finalized the persecution with a pen.
